Of course, in every community and neighborhood, you can find homes reaching up to $1 million but more affordable homes stay between the $350,000 range and $480,000 range. This community features shopping centers including Heritage Plaza, the Arbor Village Center, and the Orange tree Shopping center. There are many parks and it features top rated schools in the Irvine Unified School District.
This neighborhood borders the line of Irvine and tested featuring homes from about $390,000. Most of these homes are single family properties with several attached townhouses as well. This community is always expanding and a recent expansion added nearly 500 new properties to Columbus Grove. It is one of the Villages of Columbus in an area known as Tustin Legacy. It borders the jamboree Road and the Tustin district shopping center all close to shops and restaurants and is served by the Irvine Unified School District.
These homes start in the mid-$300,000 range to about $920,000 on average. This home is made up of condominiums, townhouses and senior living homes. It’s popular with students and the older demographic based on its architectural style. There are numerous shopping centers including the Campus Plaza shopping center and University Center. There’s movie theaters, markets, restaurants, a farmers market and multiple businesses.
This well-established community offers homes from the high $200,000 range to over $1 million and is one of the most financially diverse communities and all of Irvine. From condominiums and townhouses to single-family homes and estate, this desirable place to live features a variety of homes and affordability. There are two man-made lakes in Woodbridge, over 30 parks and 20 private pools including several adult only areas. It is one of the more popular large Villages of Irvine and there are always properties for sale in this coveted neighborhood.
This neighborhood tends to be the most affordable community in the 92618. One bedroom condominiums can start at less than $300,000 and single-family homes start at around $450,000. It’s a great place to start for new homeowners and is also located in the top rated school district featuring a convenient location to shopping and restaurants. It’s adjacent to the Irvine Valley College and is a popular place for college students as well. Most homes are close to the Oak Tree Golf Course and the Irvine Village Shopping Center.
