- Revised Forms: Residential Listing Agreement and California Residential Purchase Agreement forms, especially for probate.
- Negotiating Commission: When drafting offers, consider negotiating for the seller to pay the buyer’s agent commission using the new form. However, this requires explicit agreement from the seller
