My earliest experiences as a buyer and seller were frustrating. I worked with agents who overpromised, underdelivered, and ultimately cost me money and peace of mind. I’ve made my share of real estate and financial mistakes, and that’s exactly why I do what I do today: to protect others from making them too.

Presentation Matters: Even When a Home Isn’t Perfect

If you’re confident your home isn’t in perfect condition, don’t panic and definitely don’t pull back on marketing. Cutting corners or taking shortcuts on photography, property promotion, or visibility only hurts your final outcome.
No matter what shape the home is in, reducing services or negotiating away marketing to “save on commission” almost always backfires. It tends to attract lower-quality buyers, drive weaker offers, and delay the sale. Every home deserves a strong launch.
